We invite researchers, clinicians, and healthcare professionals to submit their scientific abstracts for consideration at the congress.

General Rules

• All abstracts must be prepared in English.
• At least one author of each accepted abstract must attend the congress.
• All accepted submissions qualify for a free registration.
• Authors are permitted to submit multiple abstracts for consideration.
• Abstracts must be submitted via this website. Faxed or emailed abstracts will not be considered.
The deadline for abstract submission is 15^th October 2026

1. Abstract Writing Rules

The abstract must be prepared in accordance with the following rules.
• Abstracts must contain original information, and the text must be written in English.
• Academic titles should not be used in author names.
• Authors’ institutional names and addresses must be provided only during online submission.
• No personal or institutional information should appear in the title or abstract text.
• Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized (abbreviations are exceptions).
• If abbreviations are used, the full term must be provided in parentheses at first mention.
• Oral presentation abstracts should be structured as Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusions.
• Video presentation abstracts should be structured as Introduction, Case Presentation, Conclusion.
• The abstract text (excluding title, author names, and institutions) must not exceed 300 words.

2. E-Poster Preparation Guidelines

Poster presentations must be prepared in PDF format for display on digital screens.
Posters should be prepared as a single vertical page, with a resolution of 300 dpi and dimensions of 1080 × 1920 pixels.

For accepted abstracts to be included in the Congress Abstract Book, at least one of the authors must be registered for the congress and must present the abstract during the scientific program.
